In this way, he develops an effective team member for each position who is self-motivated, self-reliant, and has a unified goal in mind. He adheres to the adage that "The leader's principal responsibility is to make themselves obsolete," which is attributed to the ancient Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu.
He achieved B. Tech Degree in Electronics & Communication Engg. from MAKAUT, Certificates on “Internet of Things” from I.I.T. Kharagpur, “Strategic Management” & “Consumer Behaviour” from I.I.M. Bangalore. He is a lifelong learner and has gained knowledge in a variety of business-related subjects, such as Corporate Strategies, Business Analytics, Python, Data Science, Product Management, etc. But he believes that one learns best lessons when his hands are dirty.
