He also ensures one-window solutions for after-sales services and maintenance, increasing revenue for his employers through AMCs and developing a loyal client base in the process.
He spent a significant portion of his career working in Japanese MNCs and has been greatly influenced by their work culture. He strives for perfection in policies and their implementation, reducing waste of resources and materials to nearly zero.
Initially, he obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from APC Roy Polytechnic, Jadavpur University. Thereafter, he successfully pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering Technologies from Jadavpur University. He is a member of Jadavpur University's global alumni network.
